In this course you will learn about the Leica AP20 AutoPole. The course will introduce the AP20, show how it works, show the benefits of using it and how to use it for measuring and staking points.

This course gives an overview of the new Leica Geosystems MS60 MultiStation and TS total station introduced in February 2020.

  • Equipment needed: None

  • Total time needed: Approximately 30 minutes

This course will explain about automatic target aiming on robotic total stations and MultiStations - how it works, how to use it and its features and benefits.

  • Equipment needed: An up-to-date instrument (TS16, TS60, or MS60) and a circular prism

  • Total time needed: Approximately 2 hours (can be completed in stages)

This course will explain about automatic target lock on robotic total stations and MultiStations - how it works, how to use it and its features and benefits.

  • Equipment needed: An up-to-date instrument with PowerSearch (TS16, TS60, or MS60) and a "one-man kit" (CS20/35, prism, and pole)

    Note: One exercise DOES require an MS60, although this can be completed at a later date

  • Total time needed: Approximately 3 hours (can be completed in stages)

This course will explain about PowerSearch on robotic total stations and MultiStations - how it works, how to use it and its features and benefits.

  • Equipment needed: An up-to-date instrument with PowerSearch (TS16, TS60, or MS60) and at least 3 prisms

  • Total time needed: Approximately 1 hour (can be completed in stages)

This course will explain about imaging on robotic total stations and MultiStations - how it works, how to use it and its features and benefits.

  • Equipment needed: An up-to-date instrument with imaging (TS16i or preferably a TS60 or MS60)

  • Total time needed: Approximately 3 hours (can be completed in stages)

This course will explain the Check and Adjust tool which can be found on all currently available Leica total stations and MultiStations

  • Equipment needed: An up-to-date instrument (TS16, TS60, or MS60) and a Leica circular prism (e.g. GPR121)

  • Total time needed: Approximately 1-2 hours (can be completed in stages)
